Founder & CEO

Myka Kennedy Stephens is a creative and compassionate library professional with a broad background that includes public communications, editing and publishing, and information technology. During her tenure as a library director, she developed and published on Integrated Library Planning, a new model for strategic planning and assessment. She holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University and a Master of Divinity from Emory University. She has a practitioner diploma in executive coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, is a full member of the Association for Coaching, and is certified in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. Myka is also a United Methodist Deaconess and enjoys knitting, crocheting, Irish and Scottish fiddling, and reading.

Dr. Kelly Campbell is passionate about equipping people for learning and life, strategizing to develop best practices, and providing high-quality service. She is an academic librarian with a unique breadth of experience having served in a variety of educational and library settings, including elementary, public, and private schools, and large and small public libraries. She has demonstrated success in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management. Before obtaining her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, Kelly also holds a Master in Library Science and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. Kelly enjoys quilting, cooking, and reading when not traveling and teaching.

Darryl Stephens

The Rev. Dr. Darryl Stephens empowers and advocates for those seeking to make changes in their communities. His areas of expertise include trauma-informed leadership, ministerial ethics, sexual misconduct prevention and policy development, bivocational ministry, and biblically based social justice and advocacy. A successful grant writer and program director with experience in theological education and denominational leadership, Darryl is a Deacon in The United Methodist Church and author of over 50 books, chapters, and articles. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University and a Ph.D. in Christian Ethics from Emory University. When Darryl isn’t teaching or consulting, he enjoys writing, editing, playing trumpet and word puzzles.
