Fosgail combines creativity with care for individuals and communities to provide bespoke coaching and consulting services that respond to emerging needs. As experienced and visionary leaders in libraries, theological education, and higher education, we support a variety of clients across disciplines and sectors who seek to flourish amid change. Inspired by the meaning behind “fosgail” - a Scottish Gaelic word for “open” - we embrace openness in every aspect of our work. We understand that every client and every context is unique. Therefore, we tailor our services to suit you whatever the size or scale.

Our Organization

Established in January 2023, Fosgail LLC is a woman-owned benefit company registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations. We have a stated purpose of creating a public benefit, specifically promoting the advancement of knowledge. As a benefit limited liability company, Fosgail files an annual benefit report with the Pennsylvania Department of State and makes this report available on our website. We have adopted the GRI Standards to assess and report on our impact on the environment, economy, and people.
